My Wedding Day

on the 19th june..

that's me and my wife,

I have been waiting this day for a decade.

finally, i got married.

family, relatives and friends had attended my solemnzation ceremony.

i got to thanks you guys just came to wintness my ceremony, my relatives, uncles and aunties who came and gave me an big 'ang bao' and espacially my mummy who has been supporting me all the way to the actual day.

and not forgotten Doreen, she was our photographer, thanks Doreen...

and and my hunnie, just saying that i didn't mention about her, haha!

of course, you are importent, without you, we wouldn't complete the ceremony, without you, i wouldn't walk down the road alone, thanks hunnie!!!

I'm back, hehe, has been busy 4 the past few weeks... blogging from the 15th june. not working on that day, coz having a class bbq. this time round, we got to prepare our own food so we have this idea, nos. of them prepare an item. aspect the whole class coming but end up only quarter of the class shown up, hais...we had info veryone earlier why can't you guys make it? how often do we have such class outting, those ppl who never turn up, do you really hate this class so much or you ppl look down on CR?!! even the food also reduced to half, hah! i cooked fried rice and fried bee hoon for 30 pax, thought this time would be left over alot, fortunately, they fisinhed the fried rice coz it's too nice except the bee hoon left abit. i was thinking those ppl who said coming but didn't show should pay the price of the food that we bought!....well, i'll stop here, see some pictures bahs, there are more pic with sir darryl.

hmm...almost a month nvr update le, p.s..recently, has been busy with my studies, project, working and of course my hunnie, hehe...something veri important that i have to announce, i'm getting married. hmm.. no wedding dinner or celebration, just solemnzation at ROM...the ceremony will be hold at the Acte D' Amour restaurant, the address is 23A coleman Street. now we have many things need to do, buying the rings tml, hunnie said, she wants to wear nice dress and i got wear a suit, hais....and 31 july, i'm leaving Singapore to see abah and mak....quiet nervous. well, everyone got to go through this rite? so i need your blessing, hahaha!...and and, you guys are invited to my ceremonies, err.....but there is no food uh...hehe..

hais.........has been a while never update my blog, is like a month bahs. life for me is been the same studies, working and accompany my hunnie lo. now hunnie has moved into my house. yeah, we are staying tgt. ( : ember kitchen is getting exciting. having another project, this time on, we are gonna hands on. i was been selected as a team leader 'executive chef '.....xiao liao!

two days ago, i received a horrible msg from a friend, saying that one of our bro ah keong pass away in a car accident, i was stunted.....
he was a tough guy with a golden heart, he wouldn't walk away when we have troubled.

no schooling and working tmr, going to sentosa again, hehe....

We went to Changi Beach for fishing..Spent our saturday nite and whole sunday there..

hunnie stayed over my place ytd coz she got to reach her work place before 7 in the morning.

sent her to work then i bus down to raffles hotel. guess what?

i over slept in the bus, haha!

took bus 14, suppose to stop infront of raffles hotel but over slept till kallang stadium..Rush to get a bus to work again..hais..

finished work around 430pm and took bus home..my hunnie heading to my place for dinner too..i wanted to share something with her..

i'm sad..today is my last day working at raffles..means, i'm jobless now.

why i wanted to share this, it bcoz, economies is get worse and is hard to find a job. therefore, everyone should treasure their jobs now.

i'm here again. many things need to post, where should i start? hmmm...lets start from that day i participated in the Nestle Professional Junior Chef of the Year Cimpetition 2009 bahs. the competition was held at TP, there were 8 teams participated, two members in a team. Wai hong was my partner, our team name was Chef United. we were the only team which represented ITE. actually, there was another team but they didn't manage to register, sad lo. unfortunately, we lost but but we gain experience and expose. however, i got a gift and wishes from my hunnie the day before the event, see the pic above. she is so lovely lo....i feel so damn sweet, haha! now i missing her lo. )= let the pictures tell you the rest. btw, hunnie, i love you!!

unbelievable, i'm blogging in this time. 8 in the morning. suppose to meet hunnie at 7.30 to collect her permit at MOM but she was late coz she woke up at 7, haha! it's ok hunnie, i can wait de.. 1st weeks of the school holiday, i'll be busy with my part-time job till school reopen. though not schooling, i still wake up early as 7 in the morning. maybe, i'm so used to it, hehe..=) nothing to do so decided clean up my room and cabinet. while i was cleaning the cabinet i found something that flashback my memories. a small net container that used to keep cookies, i could say. it was my loves bought for me, hais...vividly, i could remember i wanted to keep the cookies instead of eat it, how silly? i thought i could forget about her, but after 46th days of giving up on her still i miss her badly.

HAPPY18th B'DAY

ytd met carrie at tanjong pagar to collect cake for jia jun bdy, we have planned to give jj a surprise. before meeting him, i got to wait for janelle to finish her work so while waiting, i went home to place the cake into the frigde before it melted. 11pm met janelle and headed to east coast park, carrie and jj came after their movie. jj didn't know janelle and i were at there waiting for him. by using candles, we placed the words HAPPY18th B' DAY with the cheese cake made by carrie. after singing bdy song and wishes, we want jj to kiss carrie on her lips, haha! and they did it. =) i could tell that jj was f***ing happy. wanted to show off he's 18teen, jj went to 7-11 to buy liquor, lame. =(
then we stayed till morning for the 1st bus.

this was the second day went back to school super early, coz we are preparing breakfast for the students who are having their exams. well, we were having Service Quality class test in the morning, i was very happy coz i did quite well, haha! we were released early coz of the D&D ( dinner and Dance) from the SJCC ( Singapore Junior Chefs' Club). met the others 6.30 pm at the City hall Mrt. the event was fun, we saw many famous chefs and of course lot of delicious food. among us, i was the most luckiest in that night, i won a luck draw, haha! a voucher for two at Sunrice Spice Garden Tour & Asian Culinary Experience, each worth $130 sial. hahaha! well, gtg bye, be blogging soon. =)

my new walkman!

after school, Janelle and i acc andre to sim lim square to change his graphpics card. and i bought myself a sony walkman cost $217, haha! so happy=) then went to national library for proj, hais sian!.....left two more slides, yea...this friday has to submit liao. the proj can complete smoothly and on time, got to thanks janelle and andre, especially janelle, she put in alot of effort and did the most jobs, thanks girl. =) and also like to apologise to you for my tenses over the proj, sorry janelle. i believe, our group will get a very good result, if is not, dun be discourage coz we have done our very best, yupps!

and about you, i try to accept your apologise but it was so difficult, coz you seem like don't felt any guilty. do you know, you made me feel that i'm like a piece of tissue, after using just dump it away!...

it's week 2 for school, woke up 4.30am to meet her at lot and went to school together. lsson for module 2, there were so many notes to copy, and will be continuing for the next 8 weeks. hais! we have given a project "menu planning and costing" 4-5 persons a group. andre, janelle, meilyn and i were in a group. what we have to do in the project, find a location for openning a restaurant, do survey to check on people about their daily dining life, planning a menu and prepare a report also have to presentation. after schooling, we (our group) started to do our project so that we decided to go IMM for projecting, haha! and had our dinner there. after having meal, we went to skypark for smoking section. i know bad habits, i have to stop this nonsense. to my surprises, you asked me to take photos together. ok guys, i have to stop here need to wake up 4.30am again. lets look some pictures. gd nite!

finally the world skills competition ended, the competition was held in our school clementi college west for three days, it started 7 in the morning and ended really late. sepecially, on the 1st day reached home around 10.30 at night. we were there to assist the participansts, we stood all days, i was exhausted! =( there were 9 participants, they are from At-sunrice globalchef academy, temasek polytechnic culinary, and ITE college west culinary. total were 6 modules that means the participant has to cook 6 dishes in that three days. the results will be releasing on the 23th this month. i'll say all the chefs did really well, i have took some pictures on those dishes that they cooked today. let us taste the foods bahs?! haha!!

school reopen-ed today, but lesson haven start yet. we went back to clean up the training kitchen for the coming world skills competition on the 16- 18 oct. our time tables and examinations results were given today too. fortunately, i passsss, haha!=) but my GPA is only 2. something only. i got to work double hard in the 2nd semesters. there are many theories in the 2nd semesters, hais. after cleaning up, we were released around 2 plus. janelle and i, accompanied you to your work place to book your working times. however, we had lunch at your work place, the food was delicious. sepecially, the fried calamari that you ordered. lets see the pictures of the food.

today we went to sentosa again, jia jun, janelle, ben, jennifer, meilyn and her friend catherine and i. we met 9 am at the harbourfront bus interchange for bkf. after stuffing ourselves, we took bus to sentosa. louis has to meet us late coz he went to borrow a volleyball from his friend thanks louis. ken suppose to met us but he over slept, he called us in the late afternoon to meet up but when he arrived we were about to leave. so we asked him to wait at the vivocity, sadlly we were late to meet him. ken, sorry for keep you waiting. when we about to leave something happened, i not going to post out, it was a sadness. we left sentosa to MQ for dinner at the suki steamboat but meilyn and catherine never join us. the buffet steamboat was delicious, let the picture tell the rest, yupps.

it was a heavy pour last night but it didn't stop us to our destination. yes, andre, ben, jj, janelle, carrie and i went sentosa, we stayed over there till next morning. we brought sleeping bags along but due to the weather we did not have a good slept. fortunately, weather turns better in the morning. but carrie gone home 1st, sad. =( the other rest decided to stay, yupps. i'm expecting someone to show up, but she didn't. i'm so disappointed. ='( however, we really have alot fun. just let the pictures tell the rest!

yesterday i celebrated my bdy in advance with my clique, so fun. i cooked them some foods, prepared fr morning to evening, tried lo. luckily, janelle, ben and ben grf came in early to help me, hahas! thanks janelle, ben and jennifer. the other came late ard 6 plus due to their hotel training. anyway, i still appreciate you guys came over, thanks for coming. in the other hand, i was sad, actually veri sad, =,( coz one person never turn up, yes, it's important to me. i invited you but i couldn't believe that you could turn down my invite just like that, thought you said you do care? i'm waiting for your reply, you know who you are. the clique bought me cakes, especially janelle, she bought the biggest cake by her own cost her about 40 plus, thanks janelle and of coz the rest of you, you guys were tired after the training, but still shown up and bought me a polar cake, the cakes were so nice that we finished both, haha! and i would like to thanks my mom also, she helped me alot in the cooking and she cooked me my favour bobo chacha, hahas! well, i bought myself two presents, a key ring and a pair of slippers fr cir curl, hahas! ok got go, bye!

the Tobasco competition has overed, louis, jia jun and i had been practising for the past two days and spent almost $250 on the ingredients, but we lost. compare to other teams, we are much much far away, many things that we need to learn from them. for instance, team work, organisation and research. we never did our home work before taking part. there are three teams have been selected to the actual competition, they are the earlier intake. our class has three groups took part but none of a group manage to enter. hazel, meilyn and ken a team, hin ann, colin and wei hong another teams. they did very well on that day, especially hazel team, could see they have put in alot of effort. although we lost it doesn't discourage us, we decided to join the Tobasco competition next year. i have took alot of pictures, i'll post the pictures on it, you'll tell me, which dishes is delicious, haha!
